Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to shop with confidence.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

(a) Unworn and unused

(b) In original condition

(c) Returned with original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds may be issued to your original payment method or an exchange offered. Purchaser will pay the shipping cost of frames being sent back with new frames sent to the buyer.

Buyer Protection

Our system offers Buyer Protection, designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

You’re protected if:

(a) Your order does not arrive within the promised delivery timeframe

(b) The item you receive is significantly different from what was described

(c) An item guaranteed to be authentic is found to be counterfeit

(d) An item is purchased with order protection and does not arrive as intended (damaged, failed to arrive, etc.)

If any of the above occur, our support team will make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or exchange.
